Psychotherapist
CA
My eight years of experience are through trauma-informed care, clinical therapy, and crisis interventions. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and strength-based techniques to help clients build resilience and achieve personal growth. I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you're seeking clarity, coping strategies, or healing. I'm committed to collaborating with you to support your journey towards mental and emotional well-being. My communication style is warm, collaborative and straightforward. I believe in open dialogue and meeting you where you are. My journey to becoming a provider has been deeply rooted in a passion for helping others and a commitment to mental health advocacy. I began my career working in community mental health, supporting individuals and families through crisis interventions, rehabilitation, and case management. Over the years, I pursued advanced education and training, earning my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and completing extensive hours under supervision to strengthen my skills in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and collaborative treatment planning. With each role that I've held, it has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges people face and reinforced my belief in the power of compassionate, culturally sensitive care. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and feel empowered to make lasting changes. I combine evidence-based practices with a client-centered approach to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore, grow, and heal. In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We'll spending time discussing what brought you to therapy, your goals and challenges you're currently facing.
