What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time My path toward therapeutic care began with a genuine passion for helping others, from friends and family to complete strangers needing a safe space to share. This passion sparked the drive to cultivate a worthwhile career, deepening my deep commitment for providing ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care. Now, I bring this same love for helping people, a nonjudgmental approach, and practical coping strategies to each session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to provide you with the tools necessary to handle all of life’s challenges. Working together, you are assured a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), collaborative, and Mindfulness-based practices to help you develop healthier coping skills and improve your overall well-being. At all times, I believe in honoring autonomy, diversity, empathy, and confidentiality, while practicing integrity and fidelity, which help me to be a compassionate, flexible, and understanding therapist. I look forward to fostering a trusting and supportive relationship in our work together.

She never showed up to the appointment. It’s probably more of a miss communication but it messed up my entire day.
