Bernadette has experienced clients moving from unmotivated and stuck in their internal pain/trauma bucket to thriving in their daily lives. Bernadette offers the convenience of online therapy sessions via video, telephone, or chatting. Due to the deep emotional work conducted, Bernadette has a preference of video or telephone sessions over chatting sessions, but Bernadette is comfortable in the format her clients are most comfortable using.
