I have been working with individuals, families, and couples since 2006. With individuals, I focus on overcoming negativity and identifying strengths to help people accomplish their goals. With families and couples, I concentrate on improving communication, compromising, and people become more vulnerable with and less critical of one another. I work with individuals over the age of 18 and most of my patients struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and substance abuse. My approach is patient, supportive, and respectful. I will not dominate the session. I work with my clients at their pace to identify solutions to fit them.
