Drawing from his experiences in both the mental health field and coaching in a professional corporate setting as well as his advanced education in business, Mr. Majors has a special interest and passion for working with professionals from high pressure work environments (e.g., entrepreneurs, corporate executives, attorneys, finance officers, physicians, etc.) who feel stressed out and pulled in many directions as a result of attempting to juggle the demands of both their professional and private lives.

Mr. Majors believes in a collaborative approach to setting goals and establishing a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. Drawing from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Exposure Therapy, Mr. Majors empowers clients by creating an individualized roadmap so that the client might find meaning and fulfillment in their life.
