Oftentimes, we find ourselves so focused on our physical health that we ignore what is going on with our mental health. Managing struggles such as depression, anxiety, stress, or healing from trauma can feel suffocating, and therapy can be both life-changing and life-affirming. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University, which equip me to support individuals on their journey toward mental wellness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It takes courage and strength to seek out a therapist and begin the process of exploring your innermost self. I offer a non-judgmental space where we can begin that exploration and you can begin to make yourself a priority. I look forward to speaking with you to see if we could be a good fit!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. When providing therapy, I use an integrative approach to treatment that incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness to help you achieve your goals.
