Getting to know Beth P Siller

High-functioning doesn’t always mean okay. If you’re presenting like a CEO but crashed out inside with the emotional bandwidth of a tomato, therapy might be exactly the vibe. I work with students post-high school, young professionals, and anyone trying to stay afloat while doggy paddling under all that pressure. Med school, law school, corporate burnout, anxiety for days… I use action-oriented, evidence-based tools to help you actually feel better, not just cope better. Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2+ affirming. Virtual and in-person sessions available in South Florida.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During the session, YOU are the expert of your therapy journey. I am here alongside you to ask meaningful and thought-provoking questions with objectivity, sensitivity, and empathy while you are finding your way. Towards the end of our session, we’ll discuss take-aways, set intentions for the week, and carefully put away anything that has been “unpacked” which may feel too heavy to carry with you after the session. Homework is always an invitation and never an expectation. We can explore any and all progress or resistance in treatment together through a lens of curiosity rather than judgement. You are not alone!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
