Hello there! I'm Beth! Congratulations on making one of the best decisions for your mental health and self-care! We frequently ensure that our loved ones get their needs met? now, it is your turn! I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I believe in creating a safe space where individuals can become empowered and face their challenges head-on. I have a background in crisis and trauma management, and I strive to help my clients overcome their issues to regain a sense of security and create an ideal level of functioning. I spent the first 20 years of my career as a school teacher in Philadelphia, mostly with the younger grades, where I was privy to numerous situations occurring in their homes, including all types of abuse and neglect. Sadly, the education system had no interest in addressing the mental health issues these children faced. Instead, the district's focus was solely on standardized testing and getting students to be on or above grade level in all academic areas. So, I did what I could academically and spent the rest of the day providing mental support and a safe space for these kids who so desperately needed it. I came to realize that my calling was to be an advocate and voice for those who had none. I resigned and began graduate school for mental health counseling at Capella University, where I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
