Hi! I'm Beth. It's so great to be a part of an online community that provides support and flexibility, allowing you to receive quality and personal mental health care that results in the improvement of your overall well-being. To put it simply, my goal is for you to "be happy." What does happiness look like? You get to create it—it's your own life, and you only get one! It sounds overly simple, but research has found that true happiness exists in meaning. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Ohio State University, which has equipped me to support you on your journey toward well-being. My personal interests include drawing and painting, relaxing time by the water, travel adventures, and quality time with friends, family, and my son.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Going to therapy is meeting someone new and being asked to share your feelings and thoughts which can feel awkward and may increase anxiety, yet be assured, I'm here to offer a safe and confidential space where there is time to vent, explain, process, grow, learn, heal, and move forward in creating your best life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
