As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), my role is to create a safe and open environment where trust and understanding can occur. Through my years of working with a broad range of clients, I have learned the importance of identifying and drawing upon each individual’s unique strengths and talents to assist them in building a life worth living. My goal is to guide my clients in finding their own unique paths around obstacles such as personal and daily life stressors, depression and anxiety, addiction, and trauma so that they can achieve personal goals, as well as greater emotional health and overall well-being. I draw upon a range of approaches including, but not limited to, CBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Strength-Based Therapy.
