Bethany Kimbell is supervised by Lauren Jones. Whether you're facing relational issues, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, or emotional and spiritual trauma, I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing. I work with adults and college students to help navigate life's stressors. I use trauma-informed counseling, which allows me to gently enter into the difficult parts of my clients' stories while honoring the emotions that arise. I'm here for the person who is finally ready to talk about "the thing" they've been trying to hide or push down. I help clients identify unmet emotional needs and discover new, healthy ways to meet those needs. With a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Texas State University and nearly 10 years of experience mentoring people both in the United States and overseas, I bring a unique ability to address the emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of my clients' stories.
