My name is Bethany, and I am an independently licensed clinician in MA with a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. With over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their full capacity in life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, attachment difficulties, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and stress related to life transitions. I have a passion for supporting young adults through the transition to adulthood and parents through the transitions of parenthood.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a variety of strategies rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, exploration of somatic experiences, Attachment Theory, and more. I believe in individualized treatment is vital to success and there is no one size fits all solution.
