Hi there, I'm Bethany! Are you feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of daily life, struggling to find your place in the world, or simply looking for someone to talk to? Together, you and I can build a collaborative relationship and work toward your goals, whatever they may be! I utilize a client-centered approach because I believe you are the expert in your life. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Western Kentucky University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. In our sessions, you can expect a safe space to get to the root of your struggles or process past traumas, consistently met with compassion and validation. I am here for you, and therapy should look like what you want it to look like. I am always an active listener, and we can work together to ensure you are getting what you need out of therapy!

What should a new client know about working with you?

In sessions with me, you can expect to be consistently met with empathy and understanding. I will provide a safe space for anyone regardless of sexuality, race, gender etc, and I am constantly learning and growing to be the most accepting and culturally competent therapist I can be! You should leave sessions with me feeling validated, heard, and with insight on how to work toward your goals or better manage symptoms.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
