I am dedicated to applying my clinical knowledge and love of helping to ensure a safe space that addresses the unique needs of my clients. Therapy should be all about fostering a supportive environment for healing and recovery. I have a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am working to get certified in EMDR treatment to assist clients with PTSD. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University at Albany. Healing, growth, and self-discovery can and should be a beautiful and important journey; as your therapist, I hope to be the vehicle guiding you.
