Getting to know Beverley Gray
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over 8 years of experience working with children and adults. I am also a licensed Chaplain and Ordained Pastor, providing spiritual counseling for over 25 years. I hold a Doctor of Counseling from Isaiah University and a Master’s in Christian Counseling from Apex School of Theology. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, trauma-focused, solution-focused therapy, and spiritual counseling. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I will meet you where you are and assist you in getting to where you want to be.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dr. Grey is a living breathing warm hug that everyone needs. She speaks life into me through her wisdom and through the Word. She provides a space that is safe and loving while also giving you the hard truths that are needed to work through your seasons.
