What should a new client know about working with you?

I use different approaches which we will explore together what works for you. I use combinations of approaches. We may do breathing exercise, explore letting go, self-care or move to a new chapter depending what your goals are. CBT, REBT, ACT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are frequently used. I am very empathetic and non-judgmental professional helper.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer 15 minutes to see if we are a good fit before session appointment is made. In the first few sessions, please allowing me to know your story and what areas you want to work on. If you don't know or have many goals, we will figure our what is the top priority. We will work on your SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) together. You will receive professional help.
