Hi, I am Beverly Solomon.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor with over forty years of experience in the counseling field. I work with young adults, adults, and seniors addressing issues related to poor self-esteem, depression, codependency, and relationship conflict.
I graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist, and I believe that solution-based therapy can help you resolve most issues. Understanding your family background—how it has affected you both positively and negatively—can help you decide what you wish to keep and what you wish to let go. Learning new tools to manage feelings that trigger you will allow you to soften your reactions.
