Getting to know Bianca Hall
I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience and hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked extensively with military families and children navigating reintegration processes, gaining insight into new family dynamics and how to support one another. My experience includes working with children and youth facing social, academic, and identity concerns, as well as foster and adopted youth processing traumatic experiences while adjusting to a new normal. I also assist clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting challenges, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. While in session with me we will get to the root cause of your challenges, you will know that you in control of your journey and I am here to help you arrive at your best decision. There will be work outside of our sessions with routine check-ins. The goal is progress after every session.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
