Hi, I’m Bithia, a bilingual clinical social worker based in Phoenix. For the past decade, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wade range of life challenges . My clinical experience includes helping new parents with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and OCD (perinatal anxiety and mood disorders), also helping parents improve their relationship with their children or help them learn better parenting techniques to improve their child's behavior, and guiding individuals through healing traumatic experiences, grief and loss, and helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety and depression.
