Hello, I'm Blaise, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. With both personal and professional experience, I bring a unique perspective to therapy, helping clients explore, define, and understand issues such as addiction, depression, relationships, and grief and loss. My goal is to support you in freeing yourself from the chains that keep you stuck, so you can live a peaceful, joyous, and intentional life. I take a holistic approach to therapy, believing that a full and satisfying treatment model requires nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. Imagine sitting on a three-legged stool; when all three legs are tended to, you feel safe and secure. However, a stool with only one or two legs is wobbly and incomplete. My role is to help you find your true self, improving your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Together, we'll work on constructing emotional sobriety and spiritual freedom, turning your dreams into reality. In my practice, I use a combination of modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is client-centered and humanistic, always keeping your unique needs at the forefront. As a trauma-informed therapist, I stay updated with the latest research and treatment modalities through regular and ongoing education.
