Psychotherapist
FL
Hi, I am Blake. ****** Please email me first before scheduling to see if I can help with your issues. If we are a match, then we can discuss an agreed-upon time. I only offer individual counseling for adults. Thanks! ****** Welcome to taking that first step toward healing your mental health. Psychotherapy and counseling help us heal from past wounds and cope with current problems that can produce anxiety, depression, agitation, worry, and panic, to name a few. We all have the capacity within ourselves to have happy, healthy, and productive lives. I incorporate different types of therapy to help you achieve your goals. Mental health is interconnected with physical health. I specialize in, but am not limited to, trauma, panic disorders, depression, anger management, anxiety disorders, domestic violence issues, and grief/loss. If I find your issues are beyond my scope and practice, I will refer you to other therapists or resources. You are welcome to stop therapy at any time and change therapists. We can review this together and explore options. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
