With a Masters in Social Work and many years of experience in working with children, youth, and families in the child welfare system; I have helped others in the most difficult of times. I have seen the impact that trauma has on individuals of all ages. As a military spouse; I understand the struggles of big change and challenges. Struggling with your mental health or certain life stressors doesn't define who you are; it is something you experience. You are not alone. Whether it is support, guidance or a safe space; you don't need to struggle in silence. I am with you; and am glad to be a part of your journey. I also offer sessions in Spanish!
