My journey in mental health began with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Sciences from Louisiana Tech University, followed by a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas in 2015. Over the years, I've gained experience in various mental health settings, including community, forensic mental health, and inpatient hospital environments, working with clients of all ages—from geriatrics to children, teens, and adults. My passion lies in helping others, particularly women and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color). I am dedicated to providing a safe and open space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and traumas without judgment. My approach is person-centered, meaning our sessions will be client-led and tailored to your specific needs at that moment.
