Welcome! You may be feeling overwhelmed with stress/worry and find it hard to get through the day. Maybe you're grieving a loss. Or maybe you're feeling really sad and are struggling to get through the day. I want to meet you where you're at. I provide a supportive, safe, non-judgmental space where you will be met with empathy, compassion and understanding so that you will feel seen and heard.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I meet clients where they're at that day. I am a relational therapist so building trust and rapport within the therapeutic relationship is very important to me. I will challenge you to explore different ways of viewing a situation, help you develop tools and support you to help you reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As I like to meet clients where they're at, I like them to choose what is discussed for that session to ensure that they feel like they are getting the most out of their sessions. I will help guide the conversation by asking questions but I like what we discuss that day to be up to the client.
