My approach I use an eclectic approach that is solution-focused and short-term. My focus I am most comfortable working with children ages 5 to 10 and adults. I work well with behavioral issues, grief and loss, self-inflicted violent behavior, victims of crime, child abuse, divorce, ADHD, school issues, job issues, conflicts, and life changes. My communication style I create a safe, inviting environment for my clients. My journey to mental healthcare What attracted me to this line of work was my experience working in group homes with abused children. I enjoy helping others feel safe and find purpose.
