Getting to know Bonnie Lilly

I believe we all need someone to talk with throughout our lives—a safe place and a safe person who listens so we can process our life experiences, traumas, grief, and all that happens. My passion is to provide a safe haven with the utmost privacy and confidentiality, offering a true listening ear to help bring healing and restoration to hurting people and families. I am dedicated to working alongside you through your emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges, promoting life change and growth. I like to integrate different therapeutic theories tailored to your unique self, set goals, and help you find the answers that are best for you. I specialize in couples and marriage counseling, as well as issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, interpersonal relationships, stress, and spiritual struggles. I have a heart and passion to see people grow into all they are created to be. We are all human and need each other; as they say, we are better together. But sometimes, we just don’t have someone around who provides that safe shoulder and listening ear. I am here, and I am listening. I am also a pastoral counselor, integrating biblical Christian principles into our therapeutic journey if you choose to do so. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, which equips me to provide compassionate, professional care grounded in both clinical expertise and faith-based support.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
