As a dynamic, growing, and learning psychotherapist with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, I love to work with couples and individuals on relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, work and career-related challenges, and other life goals. I believe in the potential for therapy to help clients heal and resolve issues in all areas of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is compassionate, caring, respectful and non-judgmental. I work to create a safe space for all clients, so you can feel free to really dig in to what’s important to you. My passion is to utilize the most positive and effective therapy and coaching methods to help you create positive change in your life, and to be able to attain your goals.
