I am a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who believes that therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, understood and able to be yourself. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, and I strive to create a supportive environment where even difficult topics feel easier to talk about. I also believe there is room for appropriate humor, during therapy, sometimes being able to smile or laugh together can make the hard work feel a little less overwhelming. What you see in session, the laid back, goofy but can be blunt person is who you'd meet on the street if you saw me in public. Serious when serious is needed.
