What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, flow and the best person to identify what that is.... is YOU! Counseling can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. I take a more eclectic approach that is centered on the clients so they can flourish in a space that is unique to them as a whole person, that is discreet and catered to their identifiable goals on their journey to mental wellness. I offer concierge level counseling both in person (by request) or in a virtual setting for those struggling with life challenges, self-identified traumatic experiences, mental and behavioral disorders. I recognize that the first step to seeking mental health support is for some can be a difficult personal decision. WEEKEND scheduling available.
