Borina Nou, LCSW

Psychotherapist
916 N Western Ave, Ste 210, San Pedro, CA
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My career began in public child welfare, where I developed a deep understanding of the trauma-related stressors affecting children. I worked closely with their parents and caregivers to develop strategies to best mitigate these stressors. Through my work with parents and caregivers, I have gained a strong understanding of the challenges of parenting, relationships, and achieving personal goals. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton. I believe psychotherapy provides individuals with the opportunity to better understand themselves through insight, and it is my hope that these insights will assist them in living their best life. I look forward to meeting you.
