Braden Bowles, LCSW

Psychotherapist
TX
Welcome, I'm Braden. I specialize in helping individuals and families heal from trauma and move toward integration and wholeness. My approach is grounded in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), as well as a strong understanding of the latest neuroscience to help you regain balance and inner peace. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Baylor University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. In our work together, we'll focus on your whole self-mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're struggling with attachment wounds, family conflict, parenting challenges, or past trauma, I offer evidence-based tools, such as mindfulness and DBT skills, to support you in healing and creating lasting change. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can be overwhelming, but I want you to know that you are not alone. In our sessions, I'll meet you with compassion, understanding, and practical techniques to help you break through the barriers keeping you stuck. If you're ready to start your healing journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you and support you every step of the way. Together, we can create a path forward and restore balance in your life. Let's work together to build a stronger, healthier you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I don't reduce you to a list of symptoms or diagnoses, but rather like to get a full picture of your life and the experiences that have brought you here. Then, using strengths you already have, begin to figure out how to move forward through the difficulties.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
