You've seen your stress affect your work, your relationships, and yourself. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed at work or home, getting defensive with your partner, having nightmares, or trying to be seen, you keep hitting a wall in your efforts to change. You want healthier relationships, less stress, and confidence in yourself. I hold a PhD in Philosophy from Virginia Tech and a Master's in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, which equip me to support you thoughtfully and effectively on your journey toward healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Come and work with me; invest in you, your future, and your relationships. Address your difficulties and create change, from the comfort of your own space through teletherapy. Unsure about teletherapy? Let's talk! Clients I have worked with find it often more convenient than in-person. I'm certain you can too. If you live in Utah, we can also meet in person; my office is in Provo, near the Riverwoods.
