Getting to know Bradley Fox

Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice; Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer comfort and guidance to people struggling to find their way through a hard transition or uncertain situation. Sessions with me are easy, but engaged and lively, and I strive to create a safe, warm environment. I am highly influenced by humanism and family systems. As such, I regard suffering as a natural and expected part of the human condition, not as evidence of a personal defect. Whether you are looking to live a healthier lifestyle, improve your relationships, address psychological symptoms, adjust to life transitions or receive guidance and support, my mission is to provide the help you need to be the best version of yourself. I graduated with my MSW from Yeshiva University and have post graduate trainings focused on family systems Reaching out for help can be difficult, and I am here to support you through your journey of self discovery and healing. You and I will work together at your pace to reach your goals and improve the overall quality of your life. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy should be an environment in which you feel supported, seen and understood, and that is the space in which I aim to provide. I applaud your courage for taking this step to share your story with me, and we will walk through this journey of self discovery and healing together.
