I have been a licensed professional counselor for over 30 years; and I offer a nonjudgmental relationship where you can give your mental health more care; concern; and attention.I offer insight; perspective; and gentle redirection to reduce your emotional struggles and improve the quality of your life and relationships. I enjoy seeing adults individually and working with couples. My office is sheltered under a 300-year-old oak tree that grounds me in the intense and successful work we will do together.
