My therapeutic approach incorporates elements that mirror the resilience and transformation of butterflies. Outside of the office, I find joy in cooking, music, mystery movies, and spending time with my family, which keeps me grounded and deeply connected to the human experience of the clients I serve.

Our process begins by meeting you exactly where you are to build a strong foundation of emotional safety. I tailor our sessions using a blend of CBT, person-centered, EMDR, and experiential techniques. We collaborate to uncover your unique needs, strengthen your everyday coping skills, and process difficult past experiences. Throughout our time together, we focus on helping you reconnect with your identity and sense of self. We actively work toward tangible goals that empower you to move forward with genuine confidence, healing, and growth.
