What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means entering a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe you do not need to be fixed before you are worthy of support, and you do not have to navigate your struggles alone. I treat therapy as a truly collaborative partnership. My therapeutic approach incorporates elements that mirror the resilience and transformation of butterflies. Outside of the office, I find joy in cooking, music, mystery movies, and spending time with my family, which keeps me grounded and deeply connected to the human experience of the clients I serve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our process begins by meeting you exactly where you are to build a strong foundation of emotional safety. I tailor our sessions using a blend of CBT, person-centered, EMDR, and experiential techniques. We collaborate to uncover your unique needs, strengthen your everyday coping skills, and process difficult past experiences. Throughout our time together, we focus on helping you reconnect with your identity and sense of self. We actively work toward tangible goals that empower you to move forward with genuine confidence, healing, and growth.
