Getting to know Brandi Rahim

I've been a licensed therapist for 4 years with over 13 years in the mental health field. I consider myself a holistic therapist because I address the mind, body, and spirit when working with my clients. I help people process their trauma and use somatic healing methods like EMDR to work through traumatic experiences. I became a therapist after seeing how therapy helped me heal from my own experiences and improved my quality of life. I realize my experiences were what I needed to help me connect to clients and relate to them. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, being on a beach, reading, podcasting, and spending time with my family.
