Getting to know Dr. Brandis Brooke Farrell

I have worked with individuals, parents, and families for 22 years providing therapy. As a seasoned therapist I bring a balance of structure and openness to therapy sessions, emphasizing safety and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I love supporting others in areas where they are struggling or feel stuck, so they can experiencing more inner calm and clarity. What should a new client know about working with you?

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory into my work. My clients are often struggling in some relational aspect, whether it's related to a child, partner, parent, or connection to one self. They often feel they've tried to find resolution, but feel stuck or like nothing's really helping. They may feel anxious and/or depressed. Conflict resolution and communicating effectively can be a difficulty. Common reasons clients reach out to me are relationship struggles, anxiety, parenting issues, grief and loss, trauma, and major life transitions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together we will establish a clear focus based on what you are struggling with or want to work on. My demeanor is warm, curious, reflective, and non-judgmental as I guide you towards inner awareness and healing. We will address your area(s) of focus through an integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Polyvagal Theory (nervous system approach), and Attachment theory. I welcome an opportunity to join you along your inner growth and healing journey.
