For many life can be one of two things, either you feel like you are never enough so why try or you feel like you have to always keep pushing and keep going never able to relax. If never enough, you have tried everything to pull yourself out and people are quick to tell you how, so you put on a smile to hide it. On the other, you pride yourself on how much you accomplish but feel less than when you slow. Maybe you are struggling in a relationship and ready to learn how to not only have healthier relationship-building boundaries but also interested in learning out how to draw closer through empathetic attunement. This is my passion and heart, I treat the root and the symptoms of the struggle with you. Most everything we learn about how to do life and relationship comes from our family of origin, both nature and nurture. Thankfully the brain has "plasticity". I do more than simply uncover the root, but I provide the nutrients which change, grow and empower you. You do not have to do this alone. Are you looking for someone to really see, hear and get it? Someone, to help you not just feel understood but also empower you to change something? I would love to spend some time getting to know you, your family or your child. Relationship is where we heal and where we wound. For now, let me be a source of strength for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Tired of coping only? The fact is, coping will get you through, but there is a difference from surviving and thriving. Most forms of therapy help you cope by changing behavior first, but neurologically speaking, we can actually resolve and heal the underlying reasons for the behaviors, thereby eliminating the need to cope altogether.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sitting with me should feel less like being told how to change, and more like effortless changing because of specific experiences in our relationship. Sure, we will look at the reasons and behaviors, but that will be secondary to what actually leads to effortless change of those struggles. Couples: Learning to truly feel heard and seen and provide that for your partner.
