I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and bring experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life circumstances. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in who you actually are — not a diagnosis or a checklist. I draw from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring every session to what you need that day. We'll start by getting a clear picture of your goals and then build from there at your pace.
