Counseling doesn’t need to consist of fancy words and complicated theories. I start by listening to what is important to you, focusing on assisting you in finding solutions built on your strengths. I will almost always send you off with a task to complete or skill to practice. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I specialize in a variety of areas including anger management, antisocial behavior, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, developmental disabilities, eating disorders, gender identity, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
