I focus on rebuilding trust and emotional connection for couples, especially in the wake of infidelity or long-term conflict. For individuals, I provide a supportive space to work through trauma, anxiety, and self-worth issues using EMDR and other integrative modalities. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who desire faith-integrated therapy from a theological perspective.
