Getting to know Brandon Perry
Welcome! I am committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and greater well-being. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and compassionate environment where your strengths and successes are highlighted. Together, we will explore your goals and aspirations and work towards solutions. I am driven by a profound passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their true potential.
My approach
I specialize in working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and men’s issues, offering a tailored approach to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic approaches to tailor treatment plans that meet. Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but it’s also a powerful decision towards improving your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other challenge, I’m here to support you on your journey. I invite you to reach out. Together, we can embark on a path towards positive change and a more fulfilling life.
My focus
As an LPC, my client focus is to support individuals in achieving emotional and psychological well-being by helping them develop insight, learn healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. I work with diverse populations struggling with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties, with an emphasis on fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. My client focus is on working with children and adolescents who struggle with emotional dysregulation, behavioral issues, ADHD, and family conflict. I aim to create a supportive, developmentally appropriate environment to help young clients build coping skills, improve self-esteem, and strengthen relationships.
