As a therapist, my goal is to help you gain balance in your life, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and empower you with skills that effectively address your specific needs. I believe that with the proper tools and support system, personal challenges can evolve into greater strength and resiliency. Creating a welcoming and non-judgmental environment is a priority in my practice. I encourage people to share their experiences, concerns, and feelings, knowing they will be listened to and shown respect.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate meaningful change, develop new insight, and achieve desired goals. I have over 15 years of experience working across a variety of treatment settings. I maintain a general practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families.
My specialty areas include addiction, trauma, and family systems, and I am effective at treating a range of issues including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I hold an EdD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University, Sarasota, which informs my clinical work and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
