My therapeutic approach focuses on Person-Centered and Existential Therapy with other effective techniques from Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and CBT. I primarily work with adults and teenagers who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationships. However, I also have experience with other severe mental illnesses, substance abuse, and trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and live in O'Fallon, MO. I am married with 3 children and am a Military Spouse. I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State.
