What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the experience as comfortable and supportive as possible. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted from our very first session. I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your daily life. I want you to leave each session with greater clarity, hope, and tools you can begin using right away.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, review your personal history, and identify the goals you’d like to achieve so we can develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs. As therapy progresses, we’ll use evidence-based techniques to strengthen coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional well-being, and build on your existing strengths. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly review your progress and adjust our approach to ensure therapy remains aligned with your goals.
