We may experience challenges, stressors, and difficulties that may feel too overwhelming or painful to handle at specific points in our lives. I chose to pursue a course of professional study and work that has allowed me to impact people's lives. My focus has always been on promoting well-being and client strengths rather than focusing solely on the adverse effects of problems to change people's lives. I have a passion for helping clients gain recovery and reach a state of openness where healing may begin. I have found that the most rewarding element of counseling is assisting people to reach a state of joy where they are living their entire life, and I am dedicated to working with every client toward this goal.
I am an experienced, well-tested, compassionate, and highly devoted mental health counselor with years of professional experience counseling individuals and families from different backgrounds suffering from mental health conditions. I have an outgoing personality, expertise in rapport building, and a wide range of therapeutic applications to help clients develop solutions and gain insight into their situations.
With the theoretical knowledge I have gained through my studies, combined with my years of practical and professional experience, I have attained the ability to play this essential role in the lives of my clients, and it is my goal always to continue improving my ability to make an impact.
