I chose to pursue a course of professional study and work, that has allowed me to make an impact on the lives of people. My focus has always been on promoting well-being and client strengths, rather than on focusing solely on the negative effects of problems, to bring about change in people’s lives. I have a passion for helping clients gain recovery, and to reach a state of openness where healing may begin. I have found that the most rewarding element of counseling is helping people reach a state of joy where they are living their fullest life, and I am dedicated to working with each and every client towards this goal. I am an experienced, well tested, compassionate, and highly devoted mental health counselor with years of professional experience counseling individuals and families from different backgrounds suffering from mental health conditions, including major depression, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, crisis situations, addiction, and more. I have an outgoing personality, along with expertise in rapport building and utilize a wide range of therapeutic applications to help clients develop solutions and gain insight into their situations. With the theoretical knowledge I have gained through my studies, combined with my years of practical and professional experience, I have been blessed to play this essential role in the lives of my clients; and it is my goal always to continue improving my ability to make an impact.
