My therapeutic orientation's core foundation revolves around a collaboration between Rogerian Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My holistic psychotherapeutic approach aims to provide unconditional positive regard by means of allocating a warm, comfortable, judgment free, and safe environment for you to freely engage in focused, in-depth self-exploration, and ultimately facilitate self-actualization (i.e., self-healing, personal growth, and reaching your fullest potential). While in the room, the time is yours, and I'll follow your lead all the while focusing on the here-and-now. It is through a supportive and collaborative process, that I'll express my enthusiasm to validate and also cater to your specific needs.
