Psychotherapist

My clients often come in feeling stuck in old emotional loops, whether it's paralyzing anxiety, chronic stress, or the weight of unresolved relationships and childhood pain. They feel like their brain and body are working against them, unable to see themselves as more than their struggles. I utilize a highly personalized, whole-person approach that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and emotions. By integrating evidence-based methods like EMDR, Somatic work (especially for chronic pain), and Trauma-Informed principles with my background in Neuroscience (including brain mapping and neurofeedback), we explore how your nervous system is processing distress to create deep, lasting change. I help individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Panic Attacks, OCD, and PTSD. The result of our work together is a deeper, more lasting sense of healing and authentic transformation—you'll gain a greater understanding of yourself, break free from old patterns, and feel empowered to move forward in a way that feels safe, non-judgmental, and truly aligned with your best self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me is structured yet flexible, designed to meet you where you are while also helping you move toward meaningful change. In the first few sessions, we focus on developing a deeper understanding of your history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This assessment process helps us identify patterns, emotional triggers, and the underlying dynamics that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing. From there, sessions often include a combination of reflection, insight-building, and skill development. Depending on your needs, we may process past experiences, explore the different “parts” of yourself that feel in conflict, or work on practical strategies for managing intense emotions and relationship dynamics. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR for trauma processing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand internal patterns. Sessions are collaborative and active—you can expect thoughtful questions, compassionate feedback, and tools you can apply outside of therapy. Some sessions may focus on deeper processing and self-understanding, while others are more structured and skills-based.
