Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or others, you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, therapy offers a space to reconnect with your inner clarity, courage, and calm. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with emotional overwhelm, identity confusion, codependency, low self-worth, or substance use. I have 8 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field and am trained in evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and rooted in the belief that all parts of you are welcome. IFS allows us to explore the inner voices or patterns that may be holding you back. The goal is not to judge or fix them, but to listen and heal. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. We’ll take it one step at a time, together. Telehealth allows us to meet in a space that is convenient and comfortable for you while still building meaningful therapeutic connection. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. If you're ready to explore what’s getting in the way of living the life you want, or even if you’re just curious, reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I want you to feel supported from the very beginning. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I work from the belief that every part of you has value—even the ones that feel heavy, reactive, or confusing. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and other evidence-based practices to help you understand your internal world, heal past wounds, and build a more empowered relationship with yourself. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin. Whether you're here to process trauma, navigate anxiety or depression, explore relationship patterns, or grow in self-awareness, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I respect your autonomy and will always seek your input in shaping our work together. Therapy with me is not about giving advice or quick fixes. It's about helping you listen more deeply to yourself, uncover inner strengths, and shift long-standing patterns with curiosity and care. I will hold space for your story without judgment, while also gently challenging the beliefs or behaviors that may no longer serve you. Sessions are confidential, structured but flexible, and rooted in creating a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome. Telehealth makes therapy accessible from wherever you feel most comfortable. If you're not sure how to begin, that's okay. I’ll meet you where you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each therapy session is a space just for you. We begin by checking in on how you're doing emotionally, physically, and what's been on your mind since our last session. You’re welcome to bring in whatever feels most important, whether that’s something from your week, a triggering event, a pattern you're noticing, or a feeling you don’t quite understand yet. From there, we explore what’s coming up together. I may guide you to slow down and notice what’s happening inside—your thoughts, emotions, sensations, or “parts” of you that may be active. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we gently get to know these parts with curiosity and compassion. You’ll never be pushed to go faster or deeper than you’re ready for. Sometimes we focus on insight and reflection. Other times we may use grounding or somatic practices to help calm your nervous system or reconnect with your body. Some sessions are more structured, and others may feel more open, depending on your needs that day. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or fixing you. It’s about helping you better understand yourself, hold space for your experiences, and access more clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom over time. You’re encouraged to speak freely, ask questions, and let me know what is or isn’t working for you. This is your space, and our relationship is a collaborative one.
